I've just got a new iPad Pro (128GB/WiFi only) and New Apple Pencil.
After setup, Pro upgraded from iOS 9 to iOS 10.1.1 (14B1000)
I charged Apple Pencil with adapter + charger.
Switched on Bluetooth on Pro, plugged Apple Pencil for several minutes and pair screen did not come on. Iphone program indirme.

Removed Pencil, plugged in again and nothing.
Restarted Pro, plugged Pencil. Still nothing
Even tried Airplane mode off and on, then plugged Pencil. Still nothing.
In Settings> Bluetooth, Pro is not discovering the Pencil.
Ironically, Pro could discover my Android phone, and surprisingly, my Android phone could discover the Apple Pencil. (see attached screenshots)
How do I get iPad Pro to recognize Apple Pencil? Any help appreciated.
